Are personalised socks machine washable?
Yes, the personalised socks are completely machine washable and designed to maintain their vibrant colours and image quality wash after wash. The specialised printing inks used in our process are specifically formulated to withstand regular washing whilst preserving the clarity and brightness of your photos or designs. Each pair of socks is made from high-quality cotton and polyester blend materials for lasting comfort.
How do I best wash my personalised socks?
Here are some care tips for your socks:
- Wash inside out on a low temperature, gentle cycle. We recommend washing at 30 degrees Celsius.
- Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener.
- Line dry or tumble dry on low heat.
How many people can be in my picture?
For the mug, our AI filters work best with one person. The tool is designed to transform a single person into a creative avatar, so a head-and-shoulders portrait with your face centered and eyes open gives the best result.
Can I upload a picture of my pet?

Does a photo of any age work?
Yes! Photos at every age can be transformed beautifully. With baby pictures, the AI can make the baby look more mature or add hair, which can be a fun surprise.
What makes a photo work really well?
For a personalised mug design, use a bright, high-resolution photo with natural lighting and a simple background. Clear eyes and a relaxed expression give the best results. Glasses are also no issue!
Does the AI Image Studio save my AI-altered photo?
Keep in mind that any unselected AI creations disappear once you leave the pop-up or switch to a different product or image. To make sure you don’t lose your favorite result, use it in the Creator and save your design before leaving.
Oops! My photo didn’t upload – why?
It’s likely that your file is too large. Make sure your photo is under 20 MB and no bigger than 7000 x 7000 pixels.
