Our collar has a minimum and maximum size, the circumference of the neck has to be in between those. To measure the size of your dog’s neck, take a tape measure or a piece of string and wrap it around their neck at the widest point (right above their shoulders). To have a comfortable fit, make sure you can fit 2 fingers between their fur and the collar.
