How many pages does my magazine have?

Your personal magazine has up to 100 pages, ideal for creating a beautiful and well-organised collection of your favourite memories. With the option to add up to 100 pages, you'll have more than enough room to give your favourite photos the starring role they deserve and to present your own stories in style.

Do I need design experience?

No, that's not necessary. We've already thought about lovely fonts, layouts and colours for you. You start with a basic design that's already full of great ideas and ready-made pages. All you need to do is fill them with your own photos and stories. Of course, you can still tweak any of our designs to your liking, so your magazine feels truly, completely yours!

How many people can be in my picture?

The magazine cover is perfect for a portrait, a couple or a group photo. We’ll add an extra ‘flash-look’ to give it that extra bit of glamour.

Can I upload a picture of my pet?

Absolutely! Upload a photo of your pet and make them the star of the cover!

What makes a photo work really well?

For a personalised mug design, use a bright, high-resolution photo with natural lighting and a simple background. Clear eyes and a relaxed expression give the best results. Glasses are also no issue!

Does the AI Image Studio save my AI-altered photo?

Keep in mind that any unselected AI creations disappear once you leave the pop-up or switch to a different product or image. To make sure you don’t lose your favorite result, use it in the Creator and save your design before leaving.

Oops! My photo didn’t upload – why?

It’s likely that your file is too large. Make sure your photo is under 20 MB and no bigger than 7000 x 7000 pixels.
